We at Atlas Star Energy are very proud of the work we have done in the low income communities across Texas. Through the above mentioned Texas Electric Distribution Companies "Standard Offer Programs", we over the last three years, have provided Energy Efficiency Services to upwards of 10,000 families from Edinburgh to Amarillo at  absolutely "NO COST ".
